Chryssa Lightheart has been in real estate since 1991, specializing in the Topanga market. She has consistently received the Outstanding Salesperson Award since 1996, and she continues to outsell individual agents in the area. Her commitment is to serve clients through the best exposure, cutting edge marketing and advanced Internet strategies. She is currently the co-manager of Pritchett-Rapf Realtors, the busiest real estate office in the canyon.

She is married to local firefighter, Curtis Caddell, and together they have remodeled three homes and are currently building two others.  Chryssa has firsthand experience working with LA County Building and Safety, and other agencies involved in obtaining permits and is happy to share her knowledge with her clients.

Chryssa has been involved in many Topanga organizations, has volunteered at Topanga events, and supported local causes. Her sons attended Topanga schools and Chryssa is intimately involved in the activities that make Topanga such a wonderful place to live. From hiking trails, riding horses, rescuing dogs, clearing brush, monitoring flood waters to cleaning streets with the community, Chryssa knows Topanga inside out.
